Man files complaint against Governor Carney over access to the beach on May 15, 2020

A Delaware man sues Democratic Governor John Carney in federal court over his beach access limits and short-term rentals.  In a lawsuit filed Friday, Patrick J. Murray argues that Carney’s limitations on coronavirus deprive him of his liberty and property in violation of the Constitution. Murray aims to limit orders that forbid Carney from limiting access to beaches in any other way than by having face covering and continuing to forbid short-term rentals and commercial accommodation.
